Cela signifie que pour réaliser 1L d’eau florale, 1kg de plantes est nécessaire. Ce rapport d’extraction minimal garantit un produit de grande qualité très concentré en odeur et en bienfaits.

Eau florale de bleuet d’Île-de-france. Plantes cultivées en agriculture biologique et agroforesterie, distillation par entraînement à la vapeur (même valeur de plante/d’eau).
Au Moyen-Âge, on attribuait aux pétales bleus des fleurs de bleuet la capacité de protéger contre les sorts et les malédictions.
Il n’était donc pas rare de voir des fleurs de bleuet plantées autour des maisons ou suspendues aux portes de celles-ci pour éloigner les esprits malveillants.
