Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times usually vary between 2 and 5 business days depending on the chosen delivery method.

Please check your spam or junk mail if you can't find it.

What are the order preparation and shipping times?

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Depending on the carrier, your packages will arrive within 5 business days.

If you have chosen a relay point, you then have 5 days to collect it from your relay point.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Contact us at contact@senza-nature.fr and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return.

Products must be unopened and unused.

I made a mistake in my order, in my delivery address!

We process orders quickly, but if you realize you've made a mistake and your order hasn't been shipped yet, don't panic! We can modify the order.
