Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times usually vary between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method.
Remember to check your spam or junk mail if you don't find it.

What are the preparation and shipping times for orders?
We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Depending on the carrier, your packages will reach you in less than 5 business days.
If you have chosen a relay point, you then have 5 days to collect it from your relay point.
My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
Contact us at contact@senza-nature.fr and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return.
Products must be unopened and unused.
