Return Policy


In accordance with the law, the User has a period of fourteen (14) working days after delivery of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or bear any penalties.

The 14-day period begins the day after the delivery of the goods. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first working day.

In this case, the User must inform Senza by email at contact@senza-nature.fr of their wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, specifying the item or items concerned. Opened and/or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

After validation by email of the right of withdrawal by Senza, the User has 14 days to return unopened products in their original packaging to the address below. (Art. L.121-21-3 of the Consumer Code).

Refund


If the product is returned to us simply because you have changed your mind: we will refund the product, but the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

If the product is returned to us for a reason attributable to Senza: we will refund the product as well as any shipping and return costs upon presentation of proof.

In addition to sending the return by post, the User must send an email to contact@senza-nature.fr to specify their exchange/refund request. For Senza to process the request, the following information must be included in the email:

  • Order number concerned
  • Date of receipt of the order
  • Items to be exchanged and desired replacement references (the price must be identical) / refund
  • User's Name & Address
  • Date of the request

After receipt and validation of the return, Senza will have 14 days to check the condition of the returned products and process the refund (Art. L.121-21-4 of the Consumer Code).
