This product is made for

The 3-in-1 for blemish-prone skin

Formulated for blemish-prone skin, our purifying bi-phase combines organic lavender floral water (antiseptic and purifying) with hazelnut, grapeseed, and sunflower oils to regulate sebum, soothe inflammation, and help the skin heal, all while deeply removing makeup, even waterproof.

Formulated without added fragrance, it can be used morning and evening for clear, purified, and balanced skin.

FAQ

How to apply a bi-phase makeup remover?

1. Shake well before use. The two phases—hydrolats and organic vegetable oils—naturally separate when at rest. A few seconds of shaking are enough to mix them into a light and effective emulsion.

2. Spray onto a cotton pad or into the palm of your hand. Adjust the quantity to the area you are cleansing (eyes, lips, entire face).

3. Glide gently, without rubbing, focusing on areas with makeup. The two phases work together: the oil dissolves makeup and impurities, and the hydrolat helps collect them on the cotton pad, soothes, and complements the action.

4. Rinsing is not necessary. However, depending on your preference and skin type, you can complete the cleansing with a cotton pad soaked in hydrolat. Afterward, apply an oil to nourish the skin.

Tip: For the eye contour, gently press the cotton pad for a few seconds before wiping to dissolve mascara without pulling on the skin.

Should the bottle be shaken before each use?

Yes, it's an essential step. Bi-phases are formulated without emulsifiers — so the ingredients remain in their natural phases and separate between uses. This absence of emulsifier is a formulation choice: your skin receives the active ingredients without superfluous ingredients.

5 seconds of shaking are enough before each use.

Which bi-phase should I choose based on my skin type?

Our range of 5 bi-phase treatments is designed to meet every skin need:

  • The Purifying — ideal for oily and combination skin
  • The Illuminating — for dull and tired complexions
  • The Nourishing — formulated for dry skin
  • The Restorative — for damaged and sensitive skin
  • The Soothing — for redness and skin reactivity
At what point in the routine should a bi-phase be used?

The bi-phase makeup remover is used as the first step in your evening routine, before any other treatment. It represents the first cleansing step in the double-cleansing method—a technique favored by skin experts.

  1. Step 1: Bi-phase → removes makeup, SPF, and pollution
  2. Step 2 (optional): Gentle water-based cleanser → deep cleansing
  3. Step 3: Hydrosols + Serums, oils, night cream → nourish and repair
Can a bi-phase product be used in the morning?

Yes, absolutely. In the morning, the bi-phase can be used instead of a classic cleanser to refresh and prepare the skin without aggressing it. It removes overnight treatment residues and sebum without drying out the hydrolipidic film.

This option is particularly recommended for dry or sensitive skin that does not need a deep cleanse in the morning.

Does the bi-phase fully replace eye makeup remover?

Yes. The oily phase contained in our bi-phase product is particularly effective at dissolving waterproof make-up — mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. The formula is gentle and suitable for the periocular area.

Gently press the soaked cotton pad onto the closed eye for 5 seconds, then remove without rubbing. Repeat if necessary for a flawless result.

How to store my bi-phase?

Store your bi-phase cleanser at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. The glass bottle naturally protects the formula from oxidation and preserves the active ingredients of organic hydrolats and oils.

  • Avoid temperatures above 30°C (sunny window, car in summer)
  • Close the cap tightly after each use
  • Recommended shelf life after opening: 6 to 12 months

The bottle can be stored in the refrigerator — the cooling effect is particularly pleasant with the Soothing bi-phase cleanser.

How does the bottle deposit system work?

Our bi-phases are packaged in returnable glass bottles to reduce our environmental impact. Once you've finished your bi-phase, simply:

  1. Quickly rinse the empty bottle
  2. Return it to us with your next order or at a drop-off point
  3. Receive your deposit as a discount voucher for your next purchase

The glass is then washed, inspected, and reused — a concrete zero-waste approach.

Do bi-phase products contain preservatives?

Our bi-phase products are formulated with a minimum of preservatives, prioritizing natural alternatives. The natural separation of the two phases (oily and aqueous) limits the risk of microbial contamination. The aqueous phase, based on hydrosols, is naturally stabilizing.

All ingredients are listed on the label and on the product sheet — complete transparency, without compromise.
