Our aloe vera soap combines a nourishing organic olive oil base with the healing and regenerating properties of aloe vera, the anti-inflammatory benefits of hemp oil, and spirulina for suppleness and elasticity.

Cold-saponified at the Senza workshop with 9% superfat, and free of fragrance and allergens, it is suitable for the whole family, even for atopic skin.

Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 5 business days depending on the chosen delivery method.

What are the order preparation and shipping times?

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Depending on the carrier, your packages will reach you in less than 5 business days.

If you have chosen a relay point, you then have 5 days to collect it from your relay point.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Contact us at contact@senza-nature.fr and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return.

Products must be unopened and unused.
