Our organic mandarin soap combines carrot oil—a cellular regeneration activator—with turmeric and red clay, which have powerful illuminating and mattifying properties, on an olive oil base, all scented with organic red mandarin essential oils. Cold-saponified with 8% superfat, it revitalizes dull skin from the very first uses.

Where is my package?

What are the order preparation and shipping times?

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Depending on the carrier, your packages will reach you in less than 5 business days.

If you have chosen a relay point, you then have 5 days to collect it from your relay point.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Contact us at contact@senza-nature.fr and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return.

Products must be unopened and unused.
