FAQ
What is the difference between the 3 serums?
Our three serums concentrate targeted organic oil-based active ingredients for three distinct objectives:
- Pure Serum (hazelnut, lavender, grape, hemp) — regulates sebum, purifies, tightens pores. Ideal for combination to oily skin.
- Radiance Serum (sea buckthorn, carrot, pumpkin, apricot, tomato) — rich in beta-carotene and lycopene, it revives the complexion and reduces spots. For dull or tired complexions.
- Night Serum (raspberry, pomegranate, safflower) — concentrated in omega-3, antioxidants, and regenerating fatty acids, it repairs during sleep. For damaged or mature skin.
Can Éclat serum stain the skin?
Glow Serum is formulated with carotenoid-rich oils (sea buckthorn, carrot, tomato), which are naturally orange pigments. It may slightly tint the skin and textiles upon application—this is completely normal and temporary.
To avoid any risk: apply in the morning, wait 2 to 3 minutes before getting dressed, and avoid applying it just before bed if you prefer to use this treatment in the evening.
The slight coloration is a sign of active ingredient concentration—uncolored oils are often depleted or refined.
How to apply an organic oil serum?
Serums are more concentrated than simple oils—a small amount is enough:
- 2 to 4 drops in the palm of your hand, warmed between your palms.
- Press onto clean, slightly damp face, working from the center outwards.
- Gently pat around the eyes with your ring finger—do not rub.
Less is more. Excess serum does not penetrate faster—it remains on the surface and can unnecessarily make the skin greasy.
Can a serum be used morning and night?
This depends on the serum:
- Pure Serum: morning and/or evening. Its lightness is suitable for both times.
- Radiance Serum: preferably in the morning, to enjoy a healthy glow all day. It can also be used in the evening for an effect on blemishes.
- Night Serum: in the evening only. The regenerating active ingredients (pomegranate, raspberry, safflower) work in synergy with nocturnal cell renewal.
Can serum and plant oil be layered?
Yes, you can absolutely mix them to maximize the benefits.
Here are a few examples of particularly effective synergies:
- Night Serum + plum oil in the evening, for intense and regenerating nourishment.
-Radiance Serum + raspberry oil: long-lasting radiance guaranteed!
-Pure Serum and dandelion oil to enhance the anti-inflammatory effect and soothe redness.
How to store serums?
Store your serums away from light and heat, at room temperature.
- Close tightly after each use
- Avoid heat sources
- Shelf life after opening: 6 to 9 months
The Night Serum (raspberry, pomegranate, safflower) is the most fragile of the three — refrigeration extends its shelf life.
